I’m Sofia, a wedding and couples photographer based in Seattle, Washington. Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, I moved to the U.S. in 2013 in pursuit of the American Dream.

My path to photography wasn’t linear. For years, I explored different majors and career directions while searching for something meaningful and creatively fulfilling. Everything changed in 2019 when I picked up my first camera. What began as a simple hobby, photographing friends, quickly grew into a deep passion and the foundation of my life’s work.

Today, I specialize in documenting love stories filled with sincerity, emotion, and genuine connection. My style blends a true to color, film inspired aesthetic with a relaxed and candid approach. I create timeless images that feel warm, nostalgic, and deeply personal. These are the kinds of photographs that hold meaning long after the moment has passed.

Outside of photography, you will usually find me exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. I love ferry rides across Puget Sound, paddleboarding, kayaking, and hiking through mossy forests. Over the years, I have become a true Seattleite with a soft spot for rainy mornings, cozy coffee shops, and getting lost in a good book.
